🛡SUPERVISER TOOLKIT
Riots & Protest Training Refresher
Supervisors: If you use this roll-call training refresher for your shift briefing and would like your officers to receive a training certificate for their personnel files, there will be an attendance sheet at the bottom of the roll-call training.
As this is an election year, there’s a strong possibility of protests in our larger cities and suburbs.
💡 For this week’s roll call training, consider pulling out the shields and riot helmets. Practice riot formations with your team and review procedures in case your agency needs to assist with a protest or riot.
This is also a great opportunity to demonstrate the proper use of the shield.
Below we’ve included some material to use for this roll call training.

Did you Know?
Did you know? Most child sexual abuse perpetrators see themselves as the true victim. They are often responding to an inability to function at an adult level in their relationships. This is most often due to some type of trauma, difficulty, or dysfunctionality in their early life.
I am a research scientist with an area focus on criminology and behavioral analysis. I have worked extensively with offender/victim/environmental relationships in the area of child sexual abuse. I have a niche specialty in understanding victim/offender relationships within a Protestant church environmental setting.
I can assist in these ways:
Help Law Enforcement understand how to investigate these complex cases
Assist with understanding the allegations and context.
Help with lead development.
Provide Insight into specific subject interviewing techniques
Help Attorneys on either side of a case understand the psychological complexities of child sexual abuse.
Provide specific assistance that is specific to a Protestant church context.
