Good Morning, Officer your weekly shift briefing has arrived.

You're a hero —don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. But being a hero doesn’t mean you have superpowers. We've all had those moments, like the officer in the video below (myself included), where we hop out of the car a bit too fast and forget to put it in park. If you ever find yourself in that situation, just remember: you probably aren’t strong enough to stop the car 😂.

A Ferguson, Missouri, police officer who was critically injured during a protest on the 10th anniversary of Michael Brown’s death is showing “small but significant signs of progress” from a severe brain injury.
